All items are shipped within 24 hours of being ordered, and usually take 3-5 business days for delivery. For international orders please allow up to 14-20 business days for delivery, which time depends on the destination and customs policy.
We sell in a variety of boutique stores and online stores around the globe but primarily in Australia. We also participate in fantastic markets such as Perth Upmarket and Unwrapped in Perth. Please contact us if you're interested in knowing where we stock.
Unworn items (excluding damaged things) can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery with a proof of purchase. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase and send to the below address. If a product is faulty, it may be exchanged for a new product (subject to availability) which will be shipped at no additional charge.
Long story cut short. We were able to source out newer resources and since we were able to get a better price, we were able to pass that onto our clients.

Currently shirts are printed in small limited runs in Perth, Australia, all being sweat shop free. Most of our shirts are 100% cotton. If you are interested in production details of a specific shirt don’t hesitate to ask us at info@pocketdesigns.com.au.
We recommend hand washing our shirts in cold water (30 deg. Celsius) and turned inside out to prevent shrinking and protect the print qualities. If possible, it’s best not to machine wash or tumble dry our shirts, but if you absolutely have to, please make sure the rotation speed and temperature settings are on ‘Low’.
We respond to all incoming emails Monday to Friday 10.00-18.00 AWST, so we most likely already responded. It might have happened, though, that your email provider marked our email as Spam or blocked it. Make sure you check your spam folder to see whether our response is not there. If you still don’t have it, you may want to try sending from a different email address. Alternatively, you could message us through Facebook.
We use PayPal for credit card payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You don't need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. We never store your credit card details.
All our shirts are limited editions and we only do small runs of each design. We never re-print the design in the same colour on the same colour shirt to make each line as unique as possible. We also use different printing methods and special edition shirts would be available in very small numbers with each print uniquely hand-printed. We are trying our very best to ensure meeting the needs of our customers, so you could drop us an email – if you would like – providing your feedback or ‘Wish List’ to us and we would let you know as soon as we reprint your favourite design in a different colour or have a style you may like instead.
